MEGA FOR Construction & Industries is seeking to hire for the following position

(Electrical Project Manager)
Job Requirements:
Project Planning and Initiation
Develop project plans, scope, and budgets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
Create project schedules and timelines.
Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and set expectations
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project costs, track expenses, and manage budget allocation.
Establish and maintain quality control procedures.
Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
With experience from 5 to 10 years.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions.
Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
